Justin Pettett is the Managing Director and Chairman of Sterling Energy. His widespread knowledge of global capital markets and their interactions, education and accreditation within the financial planning sector along with his project acquisition experience and contact base within the energy industry, has proven a nice fit for Sterling Energy and its affiliate companies.

Justin has broad experience as a company director having sat on several public companies along with positions in senior management and steering committees, including Australian Financial Services Licensee's among other regulatory compliance entities.

Ryan Messer is President and co-founder of Sterling Energy and sits on the Board of Directors for several public and private affiliated investment companies (Arkoma Wilcox Ltd., Northern Alliance Energy, Inc., Arkoma Basin No 1 Ltd.). Ryan heads Sterling Energy's operations and growth throughout the United States with the continued development and cultivation of projects globally.

Ryan's roles include: Project management, research and design, Partner relationship development, Asset allocation and risk assessment, Investment and company management and Corporate strategic direction.

John Dickinson is the founder of CoEnergy Inc., of Houston, Texas. John graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Business Administration. John forms an integral part of Sterling Energy in that he handles all onsite field and operational matters with Operators that both Sterling Energy and Anglo Energy Company. John brings with him years of oil and natural gas drilling and operational experience.

Philip Judge has a background in commodities and natural resources and is the 3rd generation of a family that has had substantial involvement in the Precious Metals markets. He has researched, written and spoken on the gold, silver and resources sector for over a decade. Philip is a director of Anglo Energy Company a privately owned Oil and Gas production and development company.

In 1997, he produced and directed the 2-hour feature documentary "Millennium Money" which won a 1st place Gold Award at the 1998 US International Film Festival.

Graham Daniels is a citizen and resident of Australia. In 1988 he became the founding director of Transact Corporation Pty. Ltd., a tax, finance and investment company within Australia. In 1994, he was commissioned by the UN ambassador of a communist country to prepare a paper for their government on "An Interim Strategy for Business Growth" to develop hard currency.

Mr. Daniels has researched and lectured on global economic trends and geo-political shifts for over 15 years.

Simon Heapes has many years experience in the petroleum marketing and logistics industries. As a result of this "behind the scenes" knowledge, several years ago Simon recognised the global fundamentals of shrinking supply, increasing demand, shrinking refining capacity and "just-in-time" inventory - all a recipe future price shocks.

Simon has written and lectured extensively on market cycles, precious and base metals, natural resources and oil and gas.
