While it remains actively involved in developing oil-producing assets in the state of Louisiana, over the last 18 months the company's main focus has been the development of Coal Bed Methane from its Winchester property in Rogers County, Oklahoma.

Natural Gas production from Coal Bed Methane (CBM) is relatively new and provides a low-risk, low cost and long-term natural gas production.

The project involves the development and delineation of very low risk, gas-bearing organic shales and coalbed formations within the project boundaries. These formations are blanket as to their deposition and the methodology is drilling repeatable, "cookie-cutter" wells with very, very low risk (it is almost impossible to drill a non-commercial well).

The development strategy involves air-drilling conventional wells to a nominal depth of 1400' from surface through multiple bituminous coal and organic shale intervals, perforating and stimulating several of these zones per well, then co-mingling the gas, compressing it at the surface, then selling it to interstate natural gas purchasers.
